Job summary

Ollie Springfield store is seeking a Retail Zone Team Leader to guide merchandising and customer service in a defined sales zone. You will drive signage, displays, pricing, replenishment, and daily recovery to create an engaging shopping environment.

Experience leading a retail team is required, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You will coordinate staffing and store operations to ensure outstanding associate and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a mid- to large-size retailer.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a collaborative team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assigned retail zone, handling merchandising, signage, displays and replenishment.
• Ensure store standards, scheduling, inventory processes and company programs meet expectations.
• Oversee stocking and setup of merchandise on the sales floor; monitor staffing needs.
• Open/close duties and supervise associates within the zone; communicate directives.
