• Assist in hiring decisions and promotion recommendations.
• Lead and inspire the team during shifts, enforce policies and standards.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader, coach Bear Builders, and enhance guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and create an inviting store environment.
• Oversee inventory processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
