Job summary

This role drives the store's success by executing sales and marketing strategies, leading the team during shifts, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an engaging Experience First guest experience for shoppers and associates.

Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in customer-centric retail.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic familiarity with store technology (POS, scheduling).
• Preferred: 2-4 years of store management experience in specialty retail.
• Associate's (or higher) degree in business, management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in determining associates’ daily assignments and directing work.
• Assist in hiring and promotion decisions, including providing feedback and recommendations for staff advancement.
• Lead and inspire your team during shifts, enforce policies, and communicate violations; manage security, cash, and safety.
• Drive sales by coaching Bear Builders and delivering an Experience First guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and create an inviting store environment.
• Exercise judgment to maintain operational efficiency and resolve guest issues.
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Help build a high-performing team delivering a consistent guest experience.
