Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric, specialty retail environment.
• High school diploma is required.
• Basic understanding of POS, scheduling, HRIS, and time and attendance systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in daily assignments and directing work for associates, including managing break schedules and priorities.
• Assist in hiring and promotion decisions, including providing feedback and recommendations.
• Lead and inspire the team during shifts, enforce company policies, and communicate disciplinary actions where needed.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader by coaching Bear Builders and creating an Experience First guest experience.
• Ensure merchandising displays adhere to brand standards and create an inviting environment.
• Oversee inventory management processes including receiving, stocking, and counts.
• Build and develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experiences.
