Qualifications

• 2 years of store management experience in a customer-centric business.
• High school diploma required.
• Basic understanding of store technology solutions (POS, scheduling, HRIS, time and attendance).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Workshop Manager in daily assignments and directing work.
• Support hiring decisions and staff development.
• Lead shifts, enforce policies, and maintain guest experience.
• Drive sales as Floor Leader and forecast based on business trends.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, and store safety.
• Develop a high-performing team delivering exceptional guest experience.
