Job summary

DSI is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to deliver frontline support to AT&T customers in national retail environments. You will assist with billing, account updates, device support, and service concerns, while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced setting.

You will act as the SME for retail staff and partners, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure a best-in-class customer experience. This role requires strong communication, resilience, and the ability to work flexible
