Talk4Less Wireless in Baltimore, MD seeks an experienced Retail Manager to lead daily store operations for a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer. You will open/close, manage staffing, coach a sales team, exeed performance goals, and ensure high levels of customer service on the floor.

Qualifications include 1-2 years of retail management, excellent written and verbal communications, strong organization, and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

• Working knowledge of cellular/wireless retail operations.

• Oversee full store operations including opening/closing, staffing and inventory control.
• Lead and coach sales staff to achieve store goals and deliver high levels of customer service.
• Screen, hire and train sales personnel as part of ongoing team development.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with Cricket standards and company policies.
• Participate in community events and local marketing activiites to promote the store.
