Job summary

Talk4Less Wireless, a Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer, is hiring a Wireless Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a sales team, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage staffing, training, merchandising, and community engagement while meeting performance goals.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or another customer-focused environment.
• College degree is preferred, HS diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with cellular/advanced wireless knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory.
• Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet the needs of the business.
• Greeting customers, coaching employees and running the business where it matters most near the sales floor.
• Establish and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
• Complete duties and provide leadership to deliver high levels of service within company policies.
• Screen and hire outstanding talent for the organization and recruit sales staff.
• Responsible for all aspects of retail including hiring, training, marketing, and team leadership.
• Ensure visual merchandising is appealing and adheres to Cricket standards.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead and train a winning sales team.
• Provide answers to customers on billing, equipment, service plans, and other inquiries.
• Ensure sales staff are trained on new products and offerings.
• Participate in community events and local marketing activities.
