Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Sales Representative in Raytown, MO to represent the T-Mobile brand and meet customers' wireless needs. You will work as part of a team to reach personal and company goals, delivering exceptional service and assisting with activations, billing inquiries, and plan changes.

The role requires prior retail experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, energetic and positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to store visitors, greet customers, answer phones, assess needs.
• Exceed monthly revenue goals by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
• Assist with store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and paperwork.
