Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to support retail operations in a fast-paced environment. You will help customers with personalized device and service solutions, using digital tools to showcase network coverage and benefits.

The role focuses on building relationships, completing training, and delivering a seamless customer experience. With a base pay structure including hourly pay and training incentives, employees also participate in stock grants and an employee stock purchase plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
• Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
• Other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
