Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Retail Associate to assist customers in a fast-paced store environment, delivering tailored technology and service solutions. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate features, and guide shoppers through their buying journey, supported by ongoing training and digital tools.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and some sales experience. The role offers on-site duties, competitive hourly pay with training incentives, and opportunities for growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet individual needs.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
