Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers while building local clientele and community trust.

You will lead outreach efforts, leverage TurboTax tools, and participate in local marketing to grow your client base. A license (EA/CPA/attorney) and PTIN are required, with 3+ years of returns experience and a willingness

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday–Saturday, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community through outreach and marketing support.
