Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts. You will work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice to customers in person.

You will also help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s policies and branding.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers (simple to complex).
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base in the local community and foster long-term relationships.
• Assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
