Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation and advisory services, helping customers navigate complex tax situations while growing the local client base and community presence. As a trusted advisor, you’ll perform comprehensive tax returns, planning, and software support, delivering a best-in-class customer experience and embedding TurboTax in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain relevant state licenses/bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday–Saturday, 20+ hours/week.
• Interest in building local community presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in marketing with the team.
