Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, becoming a trusted advisor in the local community.

You’ll help grow TurboTax’s client base, represent the brand at local events, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; PTIN required.
• Must have or be able to obtain relevant State licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals and fostering long-term trust.
