Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will assist customers with in-person tax return prep, tax advice, and software support, while growing the local client base and delivering outstanding service.

This non-exempt, front-facing role requires onsite presence and offers opportunities to contribute to community engagement and marketing efforts within a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally and help grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
