Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will work on-site, serving in-person customers with TurboTax products, providing full service tax return preparation and advice, and building a local client base. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll be a trusted advisor, growing Intuit’s presence in the community through outreach, events, and marketing support, while delivering

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax license (EA/CPA/attorney) and strong tax knowledge.
• PTIN and state licenses required or able to obtain.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Onsite retail location availability 20+ hours/week, weekends included.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advice at TurboTax Retail locations.
• Grow client base via local community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain tax concepts clearly.
• Utilize TurboTax and CRM tools to manage client interactions.
