Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and entrepreneurship to help customers navigate their tax needs and realize positive financial outcomes.

As a Retail Expert, you’ll provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person clients, grow the local client base, and build lasting

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions.
• Assist customers with tax planning and software support.
• Build local client base and long-term relationships.
