Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs, on-site.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and growing our community presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and attract clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.
