Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at our on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs.

As a Retail Expert, you’ll perform full-service tax preparation, provide tax advice, and support TurboTax software for in-person clients, while growing the local client base and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses and PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience (1040 and state returns).
• Experience with professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax return preparation and advisory services.
• Assist clients with deductions, planning, and tax questions.
• Develop local client base and foster community relationships.
