Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building trusted relationships and expanding the local client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax return filing experience (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week; weekends may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, identify deductions, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in-person at a retail location.
• Support local marketing efforts and grow the client base in the community.
