Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while engaging the local community to grow a client base.

This non-exempt, front-facing role requires tax credentials (EA/CPA/Attny), PTIN, and 20+ hours per week with flexibility. Onsite presence is essential, with opportunities for professional growth and local marketing collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Proactive Community Ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
