Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers while building a local client base and community presence.

The role requires active tax licenses (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of tax prep experience. Minimum 20 hours/week in a front-facing retail environment with some evenings/weekends may apply.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum 3+ years of tax return preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and establish long-term relationships.
• Assist customers on-site and deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language.
