Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will prepare taxes, provide expert advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement.

Ideal candidates have active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney), PTIN, and at least 3 years of 1040 prep experience using professional software. On-site availability 20+ hours/week is required.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• PTIN active as required by law.
• Must possess or obtain relevant State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and driving client outreach.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, building long-term trust and relationships with clients.
