Job summary

Bounteous in Cincinnati seeks a strategic Client Services Partner to lead a portfolio of enterprise clients, driving digital and technology transformation, business modernization, and AI-enabled innovation.

You will own revenue growth, executive relationships, and delivery success, partnering with C-suite and business leaders to expand the Consumer Business Unit across Retail, Consumer Goods, Travel, and Restaurants.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting or account leadership at digital services firms
• Experience leading digital modernization and enterprise program delivery
• Deep experience in retail or consumer goods with industry connections
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth within professional services
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting experience

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a $15-20MM portfolio of client accounts, accountable for revenue growth and client satisfaction
• Partner with Business Development to drive account expansion and align client needs with AI services
• Advise C-suite and procurement stakeholders to unlock enterprise value with AI-enabled solutions
• Lead multi-year account strategies and executive business reviews across units and delivery leadership
• Oversee portfolio performance including pipeline, forecasting, margins, risk, and compliance
• Mentor high-performing teams and serve as ambassador for the Consumer unit with clients and industry forums
