Job summary

Responsibilities include monitoring partner progress, reporting to management, identifying training needs, and ensuring completion of modules while upholding safety and store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year related experience.
• HIPAA certification is required.
• Food Handler certification required.
• Certifications for alcohol, tobacco, and related regulations where applicable (TABC/LACT/AATC).

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners with upper management collaboration.
• Conduct onboarding and introduce new hires to policies and culture.
• Identify training needs and ensure completion of modules.
• Report partner progress to management and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and ensure customer-facing readiness.
