Job summary

Momentum Solar is seeking a Training and Lead Gen Manager to onboard and continuously develop our lead generation team. You will lead new agent training, oversee new hire development, and drive success across offices.

The role requires 5+ years in sales or lead generation, strong leadership and presentation skills, and willingness to travel. In-person work with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or lead generation experience.
• Strong leadership and presentation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel between offices to train staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead training classes for new agents and coach new hires.
• Manage Brand Ambassadors to company KPIs.
• Travel between offices to lead training sessions.
• Work a 5-day week (Mon–Sat) as required.
