Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop Product Sales Specialists and ensure customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information in a fast-paced hardware and home improvement environment.

This role supports retail teams, drives basic retail philosophy (People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, Purchasing), and ensures certification and knowledge across product categories while maintaining organized displays and efficient

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Act and work in a manner consistent with Floor & Decor's core values.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists for high-quality customer service.
• Complete all product specialist certification courses.
• Ensure merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions and selections.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
