Job summary

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, plus strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to ensure top customer service.
• Provide product information and assist customers with selections.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and stay knowledgeable on merchandised items.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Operate the POS system and handle transactions per guidelines.
• Stock displays and create price tags and signs.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
