Job summary

Mosaic North America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee a designated sales territory and act as liaison between headquarters and retailers, focusing on Verizon Value products. You will drive brand advocacy through retail training, merchandising, and in-store events, visit stores every 6 weeks, and report insights through an online system.

This role requires strong relationship skills, organized planning, and the ability to adapt to changing programs, with a base salary

Qualifications

• Must have sales experience, preferably retail.
• Reliable transportation and ability to visit stores within territory at least once every 6 weeks.
• Experience in dynamic fast-paced sales env; wireless experience a plus but not required.
• 1+ years in-store retail and merchandising with consumer technology.
• Proficient in MS Office for reporting.
• Strong knowledge of consumer technology trends and products.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Self-starter with results-oriented mindset.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a designated territory of retail locations within 60-120 miles, visiting stores regularly.
• Build relationships with store and regional leaders to maximize impact.
• Conduct in-store and virtual brand training for associates as subject matter expert.
• Host in-store events to sell Verizon Value devices and drive incremental sales.
• Identify and secure additional merchandising space for Verizon Value displays.
• Gather retailer and competitive insights and report findings.
• Report activities timely using the online reporting system.
• Adapt to last-minute client requests and program pivots.
• Meet the physical requirements and perform other duties as assigned.
