Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to lead DSD execution and drive sales across a Virginia territory. You will build relationships with store personnel, optimize displays, and mentor merchandisers.

The role blends strategy with hands-on execution, requiring data-driven planning, stores visits, and collaboration with HQ programs to grow market share. The position offers a base salary with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license from the resident state.
• 3–5 years of selling experience with strong business processes understanding.
• Flex schedule including weekends and holidays, ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Successfully pass drug test, MVR check, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Hit the Numbers: deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets across assigned accounts.
• Lead with Impact: manage and coach a team of Merchandisers.
