Acima Leasing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth by signing retailers in the Nashville, TN area. You will build relationships, enroll merchants in our lease-to-own program, and train their teams on the online portal.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts. A robust benefits package and mileage reimbursement are included.

Formación

• 2+ years in B2B sales, enterprise account management or business development.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage multiple retailers.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Call on and present to new prospects at 11+ stores per weekday.
• Follow up on merchants enrolled to offer lease application support.
• CRM management of assigned merchants using Salesforce.
• Pipeline management to hit regional growth goals.
• Support underwriting and inside sales during leases.
• Train merchants on the program and online portal.
• Answer general questions about Acima's processes.
• Generate new leases from personally enrolled merchants.
• Distribute and implement marketing and point-of-sale materials.
