Job summary

Acima is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager to oversee store operations at partner locations in Tennessee. The role focuses on driving revenue and providing excellence in service inside our Lease-To-Own framework.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure customers receive clear lease terms while building strong partnerships with store personnel to maximize referrals and sales performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proven retail sales management experience.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Knowledge of inventory management practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct daily store coworker activities.
• Motivate, coach, and develop staff, including promotion recommendations.
• Train and assess dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales objectives to drive revenue.
