Job summary

Acima Leasing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to sell Acima services to retailers. The role focuses on enrolling merchants as partners, training their teams on the online portal, and driving growth in the Nashville area.

The ASM works in the field, visits stores, and collaborates with underwriting and inside sales. The position offers a base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or related fields.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts or outside sales roles.
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish encouraged.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Call on and present to new retailers, visiting 11+ stores per weekday on average.
• Follow up with enrolled merchants to assist with lease applications.
• CRM management of retailers using Salesforce.
• Manage pipeline to hit growth goals for the region.
• Support underwriting and inside sales when lease issues arise.
• Train merchants on the program and online portal.
• Provide ongoing training and support to merchants.
• Generate new leases from personally enrolled merchants.
• Distribute and implement marketing materials and POS program materials.
