Job summary

Acima Leasing is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand retailer partnerships within a defined territory in the United States. You will visit stores, enroll merchants, train their teams on Acima’s online portal, and drive lease applications from prospective partners.

The role focuses on relationship-building, meeting growth targets, and collaborating with underwriting and inside sales to support leases. A base salary of $60,000–$65,000 plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or outside sales.
• Experience in enterprise account management or business development.
• Fluent in English; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call on and present to new prospects while visiting an average of 11+ stores per week.
• Follow up on merchants enrolled to offer support on lease applications.
• CRM management of assigned merchants using Salesforce.
