Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers to find solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays and peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, merchandise, data transfers and customer queue triage during busy periods.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and daily operational tasks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Conduct account reviews to understand guest needs and make product/service recommendations.
• Create personal connections with guests to simplify tech and drive sales.
• Assist team with guest interactions and follow-through in a fast-paced store.
