Job summary

Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking a part-time Sales Support Representative to deliver world-class service to Every Guest.

You will connect guests to what matters most by supporting the sales process and sharing product knowledge, becoming the face of Victra in-store. You will assist with merchandising, customer interactions, and account reviews, while delivering an excellent in-store experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or service.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Physical requirements: lift 10 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside store leaders to support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic periods.
• Lead on merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct thorough account reviews to understand guest needs and present thoughtful product and service recommendations.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests while having fun.
