Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding around technology and Comcast products.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment by connecting our products to customers’ everyday lives.
