Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers with enthusiasm and explain product features.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and follow up for service excellence.
• Help customers interpret statements and pay bills in-store.
• Answer questions on services, update account data, upgrade levels, and handle general requests.
• Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Show expert-level knowledge of technology and Comcast offerings.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge and competitive information.
