Comcast Advertising in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to engage customers, demonstrate Xfinity products, and drive sales in our store at 6928 Kingston Pike.

You will provide exceptional service, meet sales targets, assist with account questions, and promote digital tools. The role requires a HS diploma, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and is eligible for competitive compensation with commissions.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store.

Responsabilidades

• Engaging customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction through follow-up and service excellence.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering questions on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
