Victra is Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States. We are seeking Sales Support Representatives who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. Every Time.

In this part-time role, you will support our sales process, share product knowledge, and connect guests to what matters most in a friendly, engaging environment. You will work with store leaders to review accounts, recommend accessories, and triage customer queues during busy periods while maintaining merchandising standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or service environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays (Nov–Dec and peak vacation periods).
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support account reviews, accessory recommendations, data transfers, and customer queue triage during heavy traffic.
• Lead merchandising, store cleanliness and operational functions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every guest interaction, ensuring a positive experience.
