Verizon is seeking a full‑time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at a Verizon store. You’ll drive retail sales by combining your passion for technology with outstanding customer service, uncover customer needs, and present complete solutions.

You’ll grow through ongoing training and can expand your customer base via outbound outreach and community events. The role offers competitive hourly pay, potential commissions, and benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.
• Experience working in a commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales by using communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
• Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending texts to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside of the store to expand your loyal customer base.
