Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during busier periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand Verizon's network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by asking the right questions and making connections.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in merchandising and inventory.
• Engage with customers via outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers interested in products and services.
• Participate in off-site Verizon events to expand the customer base.
