Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career in a store environment. You’ll use your passion for technology and customer service to drive sales, uncover customer needs, and present complete tech solutions.

The role offers base pay with potential commissions and a total earnings opportunity that can reach $65,000+ to $75,500+ annually, depending on sales performance and geography. Benefits start day one and include health, 401(k), and education support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Experience in a commission-based environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using your passion for technology and customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Develop yourself through ongoing training and up-skill in operations across merchandising and inventory.
• Possible outbound calls/texts to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store at Verizon-sponsored events to grow the customer base.
