Verizon is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow your career in one of our retail stores. You will use your passion for technology and strong customer service to drive sales, identify customer needs, and present complete solutions.

Starting pay includes a base rate of $19.71 per hour with the potential to earn up to $18,000 in commissions, and top performers can reach $65,000–$75,000 annually. Verizon offers comprehensive benefits and employee discounts from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Openness to pick up additional shifts to earn more income.

Responsabilités

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers' needs by connecting and questioning.
• Position product insights and recommend solutions to provide a complete top-down sales solution.
• Close sales by using strong communication to fulfill customer needs with simple tech solutions.
• Continuously develop through training and upskill in merchandising and inventory.
• Grow customer base by outbound calls and texts to Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community at Verizon events.
