Job summary

Verizon seeks a full-time Retail Sales Associate to grow sales in a store setting, using technology passion and excellent customer service.

Expect to learn customer needs, present top-down solutions, and close sales while training in merchandising and inventory. This role offers base pay with potential commissions and strong benefits, including opportunities for growth through community engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule known four weeks in advance).
• Openness to pick up additional shifts during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Generate retail sales by using passion for technology and customer service.
• Learn customer needs by asking thoughtful questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for a complete sales solution.
• Close sales with strong communication to meet customer needs.
• Participate in training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory.
