• Solid presales or consulting experience in retail/IT

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagements — demonstrations and presentations — for GK Product Suite.
• Develop technical solution designs and craft persuasive proposals tailored to each customer.
• Partner with Sales to bring technical expertise and solution storytelling to wins.
• Capture and document customer requirements and feed back into roadmap.
• Support RFI/RFP processes and ensure quality of proposals.
• Conduct and support Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Produce technical guidelines and documentation (Confluence, Jira, Teams).
• Collaborate with Product and Professional Services around customers.
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Professional Services across customers.
