Upshop, a leader in Total Store Operations solutions, seeks a Solutions Consultant. This role is key in shaping customer interactions, providing technical and industry expertise, and delivering state-of-the-art solutions for various retail operations.

You will collaborate with sales and customer success teams, drawing on your experience to meet customer needs and create competitive advantages, while also managing project scoping and delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant solutions or sales consulting experience.
• Experience in a retail operation, presales, or implementation consulting role at a SaaS company.
• Aptitude for finding solutions to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales team to meet with customers to understand their business requirements.
• Lead and document discovery sessions to understand the customer's objectives.
• Assist the sales team on scoping Statements of Work (SOWs).
