Job summary

Epicor seeks an Associate Presales Solution Engineer for Retail to support the sales team by applying deep knowledge of Epicor Retail POS and ERP capabilities to close opportunities. You will demonstrate solutions, document workflows, and liaise between sales, product managers, and customers.

You should have at least 1 year of presales ERP experience, a sales mindset, and familiarity with retail or POS systems. Travel up to 30% domestically; remote-friendly role with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent ERP experience.
• Background of success in a sales focused role (BDR/SDR, B2C, new business or account management).
• Experience in the retail or with POS systems.
• Documented experience of giving customer presentations / demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing for and conducting software demonstrations along with Sales team.
• Document processes and provide workflow analysis in the retail vertical.
• Act as a technical resource and liaison between the sales force and customer.
• Act as a liaison with Product Managers to discuss potential product development.
• Assist in conducting customer or prospect webinars.
• Travel up to 30% domestically.
