Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a retail operation, presales, or implementation consulting role.
• Experience in customer support, leading discovery design sessions.
• In-depth understanding of multiple retail enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers and oversee the implementation of the Upshop platform.
• Define solutions based on customer needs and document discovery sessions.
• Assist sales team on scoping SOWs and lead scoping calls.
